Good quality step ladder
It's been few days I bought this ladder and it’s been very useful at home. Asembling the ladder is simple and I mainly used this to clean the ceiling fans and reaching kitchen cabinets on top and it's really very convenient. Also the build quality feels strong and steady, and the steps have good non slippery grip. It also folds easily and easy to keep it in a corner without taking much space. Really helpful for daily household tasks and price worthy.

I bought this 4 step ladder of amazon basics. At first, I thought it might not be strong, but after using it, I was really surprised. It is very strong and feels safe while standing on it. The steps are wide and comfortable, and it does not slip even on smooth floors. I use it at home for cleaning fans, reaching high shelves, and also in my shop sometimes. It is useful in many ways. The build quality is very good, and it feels like it will last a long time. Overall, I am very happy with this ladder. Good product for home, shop, or office use. Worth the money

Steps of ladder are designed in such a way It is little difficult to climb (overlapping). Sturdiness is okay, quality is okay but steps design can be improved.

Durability
Product when recieved was good. Easily portable and weightless. After 4 months of use the first step started developing crack and am now directly placing my legs in second step. Not sure how to service or replace this step.
