the nut itself doesn't have that much flavor
They are okay. I would give them 3 and half star for the healthy large pistachios, but there are no half star rating. They are almost too light on the salt and the nut itself doesn't have that much flavor like middle eastern pistachios do from Iran. I don't think I will buy these again.UPDATE: they deserve a better than a 3 star - so I upgraded it to 4. My biggest complaint about them (mind you I have a descerning pallet) is that they lack flavor and a bit TOO lightly salted.

Great quality, cute packaging .
Got these for my neighbors, as a Christmas gift. I knew they liked pistachios. They told me that the pistachios were delicious, and that the family had finished them already, by New Years Eve.

Tasty freshness
Fiddyment pistachios have a slightly different flavor, perhaps due to their freshness. I've also tried their garlic flavored and they too are delicious.

Not to desirable for me, many way too hard to chew
I really did not care for them many way to hard and way over priced as well.
