what is rpm of motor under load?

That depends on several things: the battery voltage and the prop size/pitch being used. You will need a tachometer to actually get true RPM. This motor can handle 2-3s packs, so no-load rpm would be ~7400rpm at 7.4v and ~11,100rpm at 11.1v. Hope this helps some

do you really need to be 17280 years old for this? What is the actual technology involved in this? Will it create worm holes if used in a model rocket

it’s simple. Solder the plugs on. Attach battery. lithium ion battery works best. mounted to your airplane and put a prop on . The small wire coming out of the controller goes to the throttle plug of your receiver, or alternatively you can use a servo tester for the speed control

Can the motor run on 4s?

NO, too much voltage, will melt the wires and burn out speed control plus battery elimination circuit!
