Excellent value and service
The chair is excellent value and while the seat is firm it is also comfortable which is exactly what my wife required and the seat height makes it easier for a person with a disability to stand up from. While the footstool did not originally arrive the customer service was excellent and the footstool arrived not long after and at least 10 days earlier than expected.

Excellent Quality
Pleased as punch with this chair - was nervous about purchasing without being able to physically see it but turns out unnecessarily. Fantastic, weighty quality and excellently made. Looks amazing in the living room and delivered far faster than expected. Highly recommended.

Easy chair that's also easy on the wallet
Robust, comfortable, easy on the wallet and totally suits our decor downstairs. Delivered promptly and with no fuss. The chaps offered to help us with it but not necessary. No problems. No complaints. Would use again.

Delivery dificulties
I love the chair it is a neat, compact , sturdy and comfortable chair. I had a delivery date of 9th Oct, it arrived today with no prior notice. The driver insisted that he could not get it through the front door and that I had to help him, I asked if he had a trolley, he didn't my son had to help carry it as I have a bad back. He got it in the lift and started to leave, I had to ask him to help get it right through the door, as that's what i believe delivering means. We had to remove all the packaging and part of the letter box. It was simple enough to screw the legs on and I couldn't wait to sit on it.

Very pleased with the 2 latte fabric chairs &foot stools.colour is just perfect.would recommend especially if you need back support. Material very good.
