Decent quality for the price
I listen to music whenever I'm on the go - this equates to 2+ hours of wear and tear on the cable, especially when I bound up stairs or escalators, 5 - 6 times a week. So, I switched from ear buds to on-ear headphones; since I can replace the cable on my on on-ear headphones quite cheaply without having to compromise on sound quality or comfort. This cable lasted me almost 7 months, to the day, of heavy use and for £8; I'm willing to say that it was decent value for money - compared with the alternative of replacing ear buds twice a year.As for sound quality - I would say that it's good, indistinguishable from the original cable that came with my mid-range on-ear headphones. As a testament to the product and the value for money that it represents, I will be replacing the now defunct cable with the same model - but with the bonus of it now retailing at a slightly reduced price.

Better sound output
I purchased one of these to connect to a quality speaker, and swapped out the one which was already connected. I really only did it as the other was to long for my needs and thought the sound was adequate enough, however, how wrong was i, the difference was noticeably superior from the moment I ran some tunes through it, it really opened up the the new portable speaker by ADX I bought of here in the mid term sales Amazon has on here, and got the full benefit of my initial investment. I originally purchased it for around four pounds as it was sold through an Amazon marketplace seller as 'secondhand' because the box was a bit crushed, but it was still new. At eight pounds it was an item I would have probably not bought at the time being honest, but listening to equipment through it now, yes I would buy it to get the best sound I can, otherwise it doesn't matter how much you spend on speakers if you use inferior cables.

A long 3.5 to 3.5 mm .
I bought this to fit in the car so that I can attach phone / mp3 via my Pure Highwayman through the car stereo that does not have an adapttor that enables me to do it. Although it does enable me to do this via tthe FM channel of the radio, I did experience some interference but cannot ascertain what is causing this and it could well be becuase I am using three products to listen to one product.

A very sturdy aux chord that is very durable
A very sturdy aux chord that is very durable, have had mine for a year and has gone through a lot how ever is showing no signs of being damaged at all. Another benefit is that due to the thickness and flatness of it, it was virtually impossible to tangle which was a huge plus.

Perfect for use in the car
If, like me, you own a car where the aux input port is in the glovebox and you want to use your MP3 player without having to hide it away, this cable is just what you need. It's slim and allows you to shut the glovebox door with the cable trailing out through the gap without any difficulty. The audio connectors seem strong and the cable feels overall of good quality. While the length of the cable is good for my Focus, it might be slightly on the short side if you own a bigger car or depending on how far the aux port is from the centre console, but otherwise I highly recommend it.

Great solid product
Great solid product, works wonderfully in my car stereo for music, only now wish it was longer!<UPDATE 6months>Not sure how or what happened, but one end bend to about 40 degrees, i think it got knocked while plugged in!the cable being ruined (not working) i proceeded to try and bend it to break it, and REALLY struggled, whatever hit it must have hit it hard.Good solid cable, but now purchased a longer one

Great cable!
Cable quality seems excellent. Slightly pricier than equivalents on here, but certainly the build quality and connectors appear to be very solid. Sound seems good, although I guess that's dependent on a variety of factors, such as mp3 compression quality etc.

Snap, crackle and pop
I have quite a ‘deep’ iPhone case, and was recommended this product as the jack was longer than the typical cable. Whilst this is true, the cable itself I am very disappointed with. After about 6 weeks, the cable would crackle if it was moved and audio from the left and right speakers would drop out. It’s a flat cable, and I was unsure how it would perform. Badly. That’s how.
