Great Product, Would Highly Recommend!
This product works well especially as a proof box if you need something to proof. We took a sterno with water and a hotel pan, it created steam and held the heat in to make dough proof. The insulated cover is great and lows you to unzip and roll the cover up to keep it out of your way. Fits perfectly, reasonably priced, heavy duty, easy to use.

EXCELLENT!!!!!!! Perfect length. I donโt fill the bottom row of the rack. I leave pastries about 12 inches off the floor or even more, but I secure the bottom with an empty tray to avoid dust particles coming in. I love the material. Thank you!
