The product does what it claims to do however there is a design flaw, when you are using it the white curved part digs into the top of the back/base of the neck spine area - both myself and my husband tried multiple times to accommodate for this but it was just too much. We ended buying similar padding and adhering to the exposed white area but I still wish I had just paid a little more the first time and got a better one.

Kinda strange. I actually use it backward from how the gal in the picture is using it. That loop in the pic hurts my neck. Maybe I am not laying on it right when positioned this way. I turned it around and it is more comfy for me. But don't move your head to either side because it is wobbly if you do. Hold perfectly still. It feels nice. Not sure how the foam will hold up because I just got it.

This works well to help stretch your neck and release tension to allow your neck to move back into place. This is also fairly gentle in comparison to the Da Vinci Tools (also on amazon) but not as effective as them. This product takes longer but if you don't need immediate relief from the pain such as with a migraine this is by far the better option. Definitely keeping and recommending this product.

I have suffered from migraines for over 24 years which they start at my neck. I ordered this product to see if it would help. When I received it I thought, "oh heck no! I just wasted my money on this cheap thing". I took it home and put it on my dresser for about two days. One night after work I went home and figured I would give it a go...Holy Moly! This thing is awesome! I can feel my back and my neck thanking me. I've used it several times now and I love it! It is not "cheap", it does wonders. I highly recommend. :)

This has made my life so much easier and less stressful. Three years ago I was in a car accident that left me with a bad neck injury and ever since it's been a nightmare to find the right pillow or cushion that will lessen my neck pain. I can throw it in a bag and bring it to the movies, road trips, reading, watching TV on the bed at night, etc. I can't count how many "neck" pillows I've bought over the last few years (spending SOOO much money) and this has been the best price and solution hands down. I'm ordering a bunch more to leave in my car and my family's houses so I'll never be without it!

Going on 8 months ago, a sneezing fit popped something in my head or neck. MRI showed nothing. Wheni cough or sneeze, it feels like my head is going to explode. Tylenol and Ibuprofen help not at all. I have to sit still and relax, but this neck support makes almost a miracle difference. I've started using it at night, instead of a pillow. it even works when I sleep on my side. I've been seriously thinking abot strapping it on, somehow.

I really wanted this device to relieve my neck pain. I have been desperate for relief and thought I found it with this. It works okay. It relieves a little pressure while using it but I haven't noticed a difference after. I think if it had a sturdier base, it might work better.

It doesn't feel like it's doing much, so I didn't really use it much at first. The next time I felt a muscle spasm starting in my neck I used it, and it went away after a day. Normally, I'm in pain for a couple of weeks when that happens.Just be patient and use it for at least 10 minutes a couple times a day.There's a certain amount of time you have to spend in one position to retrain your brain that it's the new normal, and your muscles will eventually stop resisting and start to relax
