Brilliant for big noodles
Addition to the standard two cutters that come with the machine.Roll to No 4 and use the Bigoli attachment gives fat chewy noodles or spaghetti that are cooked in 2 minutes.As fresh pasta, they take in the sauce better than dried. Spot on for chow mein too.100g flour and 1 egg works well as a portion per adult. Adjust water/flour to make dough that doesn't stick to your hand when gripped and it rolls and cuts just fine.

Excellent dough cutter
Didn’t realise I ordered it from Germany but it still arrived ahead of predicted time. Adore my Marcato pasta machine and accessories don’t disappoint. This cutter makes the prettiest pasta effortlessly. Very happy cook.

Poor Quality. Very disappointed
Rollers are loose and not properly aligned so the linguine strands do not separate properly.Poorest quality Marcato accessory I own. Quality has gone down hill. Pity. Very disappointed.

Good quality.
Very sturdy. Made fresh pasta for the first time. The linguine attatchment was so easy to use. Made perfect linguine, cut really well. Would highly recommend.

Good
It is great to finally be able to make fresh spaghetti. The only issue with this cutter was the pasta gets stuck down the edges of the cutters.

No instructions? Not sure what to do with the extra bits!
I received my spaghetti attachment this morning.There are 4 extra 'bits' in the box with no instructions.Do I need to fit these to the attachment or not?Does anyone know.I can't find any guidance online about this.Help please!

Qualidade Marcato. daqueles produtos feitos para durar anos. Se você for diluir o valor em durabilidade vale muito a pena. O corte é excelente. Para não grudar como algumas pessoas reclamam é usar na posição indicada que é a de número 4. Até a posição 3 também não gruda. O ruim é usar duas posições abaixo do indicado.

Perfect fit

Good for smaller noodles
Quality attachment, however, your noodles will split if they have the right moisture content. This is hard to control if you make a bigger quantity of pasta. Works as intended. Did not get dirty as other say - will not get dirty if you get the dough made properly. The original machine as well as the attachments come with a plastic piece that guards, so the pasta does not get rolled back in.

It arrived with the appearance of the box that it had been through a war or even used as the box was taped and frayed. Also one of the rods and combs was separately included which I managed to assemble with minimal difficulty and the whole thing fits tightly onto my Mercado pasta maker. So Im very happy with it-makes great pasta and its from Italy.
