Did not improve situation
Expensive product and did nothing to improve fertility. Infact we had a worse male outcome after taking these. Obviously cannot state that result is down to the product but it certainly didn’t improve anything

Recent study shows no benefits of Impryl for men -- avoid and discuss with your doctor
A recent study in a very good journal (JAMA Network Open, the SUMMER trial) evidences that Impryl does not improve fertility in men (with the study actually showing a negative -- but non-signifiant association). In other words, this product should be avoided. Discuss this with your doctor.

IVF doctor told us to stop – new study suggests Impryl may harm sperm
I was taking this for a while until my IVF doc told me to urgently stop as a new study (called SUMMER trial) just came out this October and it showed that Impryl actually HARMS sperm. The study specifically says it reduced people’s chances of getting pregnant ?! I have no idea why it’s still allowed to be sold. We’ve had two failed rounds of IVF and now I’m wondering if this is why. Unbelievable. The study even says the scientists involved felt a moral obligation to publish it ahead of time as the results were so damning! Sharing so no one else goes through what we have. Avoid.

Didn't help us in a measurable way.
Didn't make any difference for us (unless the difference was small).

Worth it
Really boosts semen count dramatically. 5 months ago we were told most of the semen were abnormal and very less. Doctors told us to try Impryl. We did another analysis this month and now doctors have said very healthy and great for fertility. We had these tablets, stopped smoking and excersize. Yes it is expensive but it is worth it
