great stuff for any age
my 1 year old, 5 year old, and 9 year old love these! we keep them on the window sill and it makes it fun to look through. My 1 year old realized right away that they nest together and practiced this process over and over again. It's fun to see what different types of objects look like through it.

Open ended toys
The quality wasn't what I expected--some of the blocks needed sanded. But if you like open-ended toys, you will probably enjoy these. I thought maybe I made a mistake in purchasing these as they are so simple, but the second day we had these my 6 year old got out his rock and mineral collection and these blocks. He played for 2 hours. I think they will get used by my 2.5 year old too, but I'll have to provide invitations to play. Leaves, flowers, etc. are on the horizon!
