Review after using 10 days 1. Dispute in warranty - received only 08 months warranty, I purchased it on July 25, but showing warranty start from mar 25, well case raise with HP and they said it showings from manufacturing date and they will update it, i am waiting for there update, 2. Look & build quality- look and design is very good build quality is also ok, light weight 3. Speed - speed is ok but heavy work it may give some lag, illustrators, video editing, photoshop work smoothly, 4. Battery- Battery backup is not good, its discharge quickly even if you use for normal works Except of battery all things are ok 3-4 star for device👍🏻 And for warranty, I hope HP will update it🤞🏻

Do not buy this product. It overheats excessively, and HP is being deceptive in their sales practices. They are selling the HP Care Package on their official online store for an additional ₹4,999, which includes 2 years of extended warranty, 3 years of antivirus, and 3 years of Accidental Damage Protection. However, if you purchase the same laptop from Amazon, HP offers the same HP Care Package at an inflated cost of ₹14,000. The build quality is extremely poor and the product offers no value for money. The laptop’s performance is subpar, and its functionality is very disappointing. Even more concerning, the online warranty was registered three months before my actual purchase date, which is unacceptable. Portability is also a major issue. Due to severe overheating, carrying or using the laptop for extended periods becomes impossible. Forget ease of use — the constant fear of battery damage or explosion due to overheating will always linger in your mind. Overall, this feels like a case of "Corporate fraud" or "Institutional Cheating" or "Organized Cheating" by both Amazon and HP. They manipulate pricing by suddenly dropping the price at midnight to influence customer decisions. Customers are lured by the discount, only to be overcharged later for essential support services. Additionally, they do not offer a "Pay on Delivery" option. So if you choose to return the product, your money will be stuck for 6–7 days, adding further inconvenience.

Everything is perfect about this product and delivery as well. I was a bit nervous of being scammed. But amazon deserves a credit for good delivery experience. About laptop: Everything is perfect. Only con noticed so far is- while watching YouTube in higher resolution like 1080 premium display lags little bit. And sound is little too low. Overall I am satisfied with this product.

Good Leptop but battery backup issue.. Amazon promise no cast emi but credit card add interest on EMI.... I pay amazon of rs 49042.93 ....And I am paying credit card of rs 16813x3 months....

The main problem is with warranty When I bought the laptop and tried to register it on the HP site, I found the warranty had already started 2 months ago. HP says the problem is with the warranty slip issued by Amazon, they can't amend warranty without amended P-slip. I have since then been trying to get Amazon to send me a proper P-slip but I have not been successful, every time I call them I am told to wait for a few more days. Apparently the seller is not issuing the amended P slip The laptop itself seems to be good, have been using it for 3 weeks so this is an intial feedback. The drawbacks so far : 1. Num Lock key does not have a light so you do not know if it is On or Off 2. No backlit keyboard 3. No fingerprint scanner for quick login The plus points: 1. Good camera 2. Good storage 3. Decent speed and battery life 4. Not too heavy
