I remember taking this years ago when I was going to a bariatric clinic. I was stoked to see that I could purchase it via Amazon. It worked for me then while taking appetite suppressants. I lost so much weight. This time around, I'm taking Pro-Cal without appetite suppressants and I can still see a difference. The chocolate flavor isn't bad at all. I actually like this one better than Idealshape!!

I am super impressed with how accurate these shakes taste. All of the flavors are yummy!I have ordered these twice and I like them so much, I will continue to order them. The consistency is awesome, because you can have it as pudding or as a shake- you just got to add more water. My favorite is the chocolate and the mocha - the mocha tastes similar to chocolate with a coffee twist. Definitely a must order, especially if you are on a certain regime and watching what you are eating. My dr. recommended me this shake- she sold it at her office, but I just purchased them off of here, because why not? Amazon has the best prices. Ive tried a lot of shakes too, so it says a lot that this one is my favorite. YUMMYYYY!!!

VERY good. Have been using for years. I can add banana or strawberies to the straberry one --- can use coffee or carmel extract to the cappuccino one..... Can add many extracts to chocolate....coffee caramel banana vanilla many more and

I drink these for breakfast. They are a little more expensive than competitors but they taste and mix better too. There is little to no after taste with these. I would give these 5 stars but they decreased the quantity per box and made them less cost effective for me.

I enjoy these shakes. These have been able to support me during my weighloss journey. Package arrived quickly. Very satisfied.

This is the best tasting protein shake I have had over more than 10 years of buying similar products. It actually tastes like chocolate and not soy or vitamins. Also, it quickly mixes up to a smooth consistency.
