Been taking this for years and never disappointed. Love the fact that this supplement is widely available (at least up and down the U.S. east coast). As far as capsules being stuck together, I avoid this by purchasing from supermarkets (at or next to the store pharmacy) if I run out during summer months. Some markets offer discounts if you buy more than one bottle. And as others have noted, it's easy to separate stuck caps by knocking the side or top of the bottle against a hard surface. Best taken with a meal, I suggest starting with one cap per day and working your way up to two (or more if desired). Because these are high potency Omega-3, I found I could not take more than two (over two meals daily); when I tried taking 3 a day I occasionally had uncharacteristic nosebleeds. These were easily stopped by pressing the side of the nose affected for a few minutes, and cutting back to two caps per day. For those who favor products labelled "Good / Excellent source of ALA Omega-3": ALA is an important nutrient on its own, but the majority of folks' genetic makeup does not effectively convert ALA to Omega-3, typically only 10% efficient. (Alpha-lipoic acid is an antioxidant that is made naturally in the body and also found in foods. It is used to break down carbohydrates and to make energy.). If you want Omega-3 supplementation, you need to consume via diet or supplements either fish oil or algal oil to achieve your Omega-3 goal. Do not rely on product labelling touting ALA as a source of Omega-3.

These are a great value and I definitely recommend. I saw a review or two saying they felt the moisture control capsules look too much like the pill; I don't know how you can mistake them for the actual product itself. They are hard, fat, stumpy, and opaque. One picture shows them all stuck together. This is a common issue I have with many supplements including vitamin gummies. You smack the bottom or turn it upside down and shake downward in one hard swoop. It instantly loosens them all. I do this as second nature. Not a good reason to complain about the product. My only slight issue is that they say they are burpless which usually is to say you won't burp and taste the product. I take mine with a meal and still get some burping and I do, unfortunately, taste the product a tad. I do have mild gastroparesis though, so I don't know if that contributes. Honestly though, it's better than cod liver oil mixed with orange juice and I'm not convinced this is entirely avoidable with an oil product like this. It's oil. For the value I definitely recommend it.

I think this is the same fish oil I used to buy at the Publix Pharmacy counter several years ago. If anyone knows let me know please. It literally sat on the checkout counter where I picked up my scripts. (7 years ago). I started out taking Nature’s Made brand fish oil until I got the horrible fish burps and a smelly jar. When I called the company (this was 10 years ago) a customer service rep told me ”the label said ‘reduced fishy burps” that it did not say it guaranteed no fishy burps- it’s fish for goodness sakes of course it smells fishy”. Her comment made me discontinue all of Nature’s Made products. I started buying this Oceans Blue at the Publix supermarket pharmacy. It was more expensive but I liked the added orange oil. I’ve been using Dr Sinatra Omega Q plus because of all the blended supplements. Just recently found my old brand here on Amazon so I bought it. Ocean Blue has almost double or triple EPA/DHA per 2 pills. Now I’m happily back on this Oceans brand in addition to my Dr Sinatra’s. I’ve been telling my friends about omega supplements for years! Now that I am 52, other than Osteo-Arthritis and being overweight- my health is great. I know for a fact Omega-3 lowers blood pressure or prevents it. When I quit Omega’s one time I could tell a huge difference, Omega’s have lowered my total cholesterol. I had a thinner friend complaining about her high blood pressure, high cholesterol and being borderline diabetic saying with my weight I should have some of these problems. I say it’s all my supplements but mostly omega 3s!
