the brakes are not safe and should be replaced with better pads. shifting is a drop rough at times. but overall GREAT BIKE. nice and light and fast and i enjoy riding it very much. overall good quality

First off the chain was bad and I have to get a new one. They offered to pay for the repairs but IT IS A BRAND NEW BIKE. I had it professionally assembled and it’s still not riding proper. This bike is the worse thing that happened to me this year. I wish I had gotten a better one while I had the money because I do bike deliveries for my job and this has screwed up my livelyhood. I literally want to cry.

I am so satisfied with this bike! Set up...easy, rides...fantastic! I’m so glad that I made this purchase!
