The plush strips are easy to replace. I had problems with the wheels so I left them in.

We have had a Dyson V6 for about 6 years or so and the wheels and pads on the Motorhead were worn out. My wife thought we should buy another newer model. However, for about $20 and an hour of my time, it Is now as good as new and she is happy! There is a video that I watched on the product listing and it made the process a quick and easy job. I could do another one in 10 minutes now that I know how to do it.Highly recommended.

I thoroughly removed the old adhesive with acetone and cleaned the grooves thoroughly with denatured alcohol before applying the new strips. They won’t stay in on carpet. If you’re going to try these I suggest applying a contact adhesive in the grooves to see if you can make them stick better.

My Dyson v8 Animal had a broken wheel that caused some scratches on my floor. I used this kit to replace the wheels and felt riser and now it glides like new. Great price too!

I had the same problem with the felt strips. Lasted about 2 minutes before they were laying on the carpet. Adhesive not anything like what held the original strip on. Had a hard time getting the old one off. Gonna try maybe two way tape or another glue. Don’t really want to use glue, because I may need to change again, but does no good to have them and not use them. The new rollers are great, though. Very easy to maneuver, now.

My Dyson v7 cordless vac was scratching our wood floors. I tried to buy the replacement off of the Dyson website but it was sold out. I decided to try this one and was pleasantly surprised at the price and ease of application. So far so good. Will update if anything changes.

Adhesive is weak. Had to glue to vacuum head.
