Mine stopped working a little after a month.
Just after one month of happy ownership the massager stated chattering quite loud. I was afraid to use it and realized it was just past warranty. I read something about recharging so I tried that and the chattering got quieter. I tried it again and the chattering was quieter. However a couple minutes I. It started chattering then it stopped, started, chattered, and it began making even weirder noises. Then it stopped working all together. Now it won’t turn back on. I’m so sad.

Quiet? No it is not
Love the product but what sold me on this is people saying how quiet this is. It is not by any means quiet. Can not use it on my sciatica before bed without waking hubby.
