Plantronics Voyager Edge Wireless Bluetooth Headset with Charging Case - Black (Renewed)

I bought 2 of these renewed. The first one the microphone did not work and I returned it. I paid a little more and got a second one and that microphone did not work. I see that people mentioned it disconnects when you have a call. I bought a brand new one that did that constantly. I bought one from a person used and it did the same thing. I don't know why they have never fixed this. I had a year warranty and Plantronics kept saying they would get back in touch with me but they didn't until the warranty ran out and then they said they couldn't replace it because the warranty ran out. Now I buy two renewed headsets and they both have the same microphone problem... It doesn't work. I sent the first one back and I'm going to have to send the second one back. I've heard some people have great success with renewed Plantronics Voyager Edge headsets. I might take another chance and get a third renewed and see if it's a good one. The one I bought slightly used from an individual has stopped charging after only using it a couple of months. I'll be calling Plantronics support to see if there's an adjustment to the microphone, but after reading the reviews I see that several other people have purchased renewed and the microphones did not work. I purchased a $17 one that is uncomfortable but it's reliable and it does announce the caller or the number if it's not in my contacts. For $120 you would think that they could fix the problems they seem to have consistently and have had for years. I really like the comfort. I just wish I could get one to work the way it's supposed to.

They are good tough little earpieces that work well sometimes you have to shut them off and turn them back on as well as the phone to get the pairing right. There definitely not Apple air buds or some of the very expensive more well known ones but they’re still good for the price. I’ve bought at least six of these over the last five years because I lose them all the time but for the price I keep getting them as back up to my air buds

Scratchy all the ti.e. sometimes clear as day but you have to have it on a certain way. Hurts after a while. Wouldn't recommend if you worked in an office all day recieving and out calling all day. That plastic piece that goes around the ear must be detached when you hang up the device on the charger (charger is awesome though). I've lost it several times already. Would have been great to not have to take it apart every time I'm done for the night. Distance from devices is pretty good.

The Voyager series had a tiny (but extremely annoying) problem with the in-ear sensor switching itself on/off accidentally otherwise a very high quality headset with excellent microphone. With only 6 hours of battery life, the much smaller Plantronics M-25/M-90 series solved this problem and upgraded to 11 hour battery but reduced the microphone to just utilitarian. They're inexpensive, I have three.

I’ve bought a few of these over the years at full price, so buying one for $30 is a steal. You don’t need an ear hook to wear this, and it’s comfortable all day. Most of the time I forget it’s even there.The noise cancellation is the best. I can blow dry my hair without anyone hearing anything. You will hear and be heard with clarity.The charging pod will give you a full charge in about 15 minutes. You can’t go wrong with this headset. If it ever has a connection issue, lay it on its side for 10 seconds, and your sensors will be re synced.

I’ve owned perhaps six of this model over the years because of good noise cancellation. The best I’ve found. That said, they are not consistent Audio quality from one to another, and very picky about connecting and staying connected. Not happy with them, but keep using them only because I can talk in noisy environments.

I bought mine refurbished, the description said there was little to no wear but it’s covered with signs of wear. Beyond that the Bluetooth works greats except the Bluetooth easily comes out of the charger so I have to put a rubber band around it to reassure the earpiece doesn’t come out...

I use this product for hands free driving in a Semi truck. The battery life seems adequate, after wearing the earpiece for hours, it seems fine, the sound quality is great, but needs more volume in noisy environments.
