how big is the strap, would it fit around a wide size 15 foot?

When I place velcro to velcro the distance around the strap is about 38 cm. I'm a size 4 so can't help with where it would sit on a size 15!! It is on the large size for me but I can place one bit of velcro on the black material instead of on the other velcro.

Can I buy a second spare pad

Hi, i am not sure if you can buy a spare pad for this as ive never looked. I only needed 1 so no need for a spare. Maybe if you look up to see if you can, you might be able to find 1 if they do it. Hope this helps you.

Can i use it for my fingers as they have swollen up after breaking my wrist 4 months ago

Not really ideal for fingers. Much better to immerse in Hot/Cold water and see your GP. After four months something isnt quite right there.!
