Just got this and tried it on my back and neck. The first 3 min or so were really uncomfortable and painful but then you get numb and tingly in a great way. I stayed on it for 15-20 min and am loving it so far

I have bad upper/lower back pain.1st time I tried using with a shirt on and barely felt the spikes. Next day used without shirt, bare skin back, and spikes helped decrease pain. It's like it's releasing endorphins and overall just makes me feel better.
