Phonak Hearing Aid Closed Domes, Size Large (New Smokey Domes)

really worth getting rather than wait for the nhs to doll them out 5 at a time saves everyone hassell and less risk as wont have to go to the hospital to get more and saves the nhs money. got lots so that i can change them more frequently..

They are a necessary item for my husbands hearing aids but lately found one keeps popping out so have now order the small size

Would be good if one could buy a mixed set as illustrated so that you could find out what suits an occasion best

As one should expect these domes work well. Having now got a pair of Oticon hearing aids, these domes also fit them and I find them more comfortable than the hemispherical Oticon domes. I don’t notice I have them in the ear

My email to the Company, NO answer!!! My order for this product arrived yesterday, 12 November 2020, I was pleased with the quick delivery but, on opening the package (which was very good), I discovered the order was not what I had hoped for. I ordered the large size and the individual polythene wallet had a label on it which showed it was a large size, with this in mind I cannot imagine how big the small size is ( almost microscopic, I could imagine!!! Do you do any larger sizes, because I cannot get on with this small size and if, as happens frequently my £1600 hearing aid comes loose from behind my ear, the dome would not save it from falling away from me , to be stepped on or lost completely??? I have attached a picture of my two hearing aids, the larger dome is the one I was supplied with and the smaller dome is the one of ten I received from you in my order. In your details for these items, although you have the scale size incorrect at centimetres, which should be millimetres it shows they are 11 mm width. 11 millimetres is the width of my originals and as can be seen in my photo, your supplied dome is much smaller, resulting in being loose in my ear canal and would not protect my hearing aid from totally falling away from me!!! My domes were supplied by Phonak and are 11mm at the base, I trusted your details which shows a size of 11mm but the written description of 10 millimetres. Could they have been incorrectly labelled when repackaged, without measuring??? I note that these items cannot be returned and I leave this matter with you. I do not intend to report the incorrect details as it may be a "1 off" event, I shall leave it with you, and I shall not mention in my review, as long as this problem is sorted. Yours sincerely

I felt they had a good fit. I've tried both open & closed domes so it's just a personal choice which ones to choose. Quick delivery & well packaged
