Bought these to pare with one of phenyx pro systems that had handhelds easy to use and just work sound quality is that of a more expensive system with way less money

Only okay performance
Reception is mediocre, and the mic lacks the sensitivity to pick up vocals clearly. It’s a moderate price, so I don’t expect great performance, it I expected more than what it is.

Impressive
We (nervously) deployed these along with our PTU6000 and Phenyx Pro paddle antennas, and as it turned out, they were the best mics for the event. Trouble-free, rich and clear sound, they were fantastic for the spoken voice. During mic checks, we went out over 500' from the receiver and the sound was just as good. We're now thinking about buying ten more and making all of our talent wear them -- no more hand-held mics, no more mic stands.
