Amazon delivery gone wrong
Worked after I dried it out, amazon delivery guy left it in a flowerpot in the bloody rain, when people were in the house, incompetence at its finest.

The product works perfectly, and I found it to be brilliant. It's quiet and reliable, making a noticeable difference when I switched out the old power supply for my Xbox One with this new one.The previous after market one was none stop fan noise so this one was pleasant.
