Is there any way to verify that sheep sorrel is being used? I intend to buy more bottles.

Firstly I suggest you read the listing fully, second, there is a picture in this listing which is myself holding a large clump of whole plant Sheep's sorrel with roots together with a bottle of my essiac in my other hand and a Mid Devon Council recycling box in view which demonstrates that I am one of the only 2 counties in the UK where Sheep's sorrel will grow. I am hardly likely to go to the not insignificant trouble of growing it, digging it up by hand with a mattock, washing it with filtered water to separate it from the other roots such as grasses, nettles and thistles that are entangled around the Sheep's sorrel roots, drying it in a commercial dehydrator and powdering it in a commercial vitamix to not use it. Further, I am a fully qualified Naturopath holding a Higher international diploma in naturopathic medicine together with 12 other diplomas in natural  health subjects and as it states in the listing I make this first and foremost for my family, especially my son who had a stage 4 malignancy in 2005, I sell what I don't use myself. If I didn't have the Sheep's sorrel roots I wouldn't bother to make it as without the roots it is no good. Finally, I don't particularly care how many bottles you intend to buy, we have a limited capacity to brew this as I use the exact Caisse recipe and method in 2 gallon stock pots. It is not a silver bullet, if one continues with the diet and lifestyle that caused the disease in the first place no amount of essiac or anything else will reverse it, however, if one is prepared to make the dietary and lifestyle changes needed essiac is a very useful tea. Is this product organically grown

All of the herbs we buy in to make this are certified organic, they are the chopped Burdock root, Slippery Elm inner bark and Turkish Rhubarb root.The sheep sorrel stems, leaves, berries and of course most importantly the roots are grown by us here in Devon. Absolutely no chemicals are used, but then it is a "weed" after all so doesn't need any protection from pests.

How to use the product please?

Pour the desired amount of the tea into a cup or glass, add a similar amount of hot purified water - no chlorine - drink as a hot beverage up to 3 times daily.

What is the use by date please?

We bottle this into steam sterilized bottles when the decoction is very hot, it will remain potable indefinitely if left unopened but will last no more than 4 weeks after opening if stored in the 'fridge as it contains no preservatives of any kind whatsoever.
