Not very easy to use but they do the job

THESE ARE SMALL AND PERFECT IF YOU KNOW THAT!!! There's not really a reference for the size of these so I think it's important to know that-they're between the size of a penny or a nickel.I work in medicine and my hair has to be put up or back. I use these to do side braids and different hair styles where small rubber bands are necessary. These are almost exactly the size of the "typical" little silicone ones that you get like 2000 for $5 (or whatever) and are for similar use, but I like these a LOT more because the silicone ones are just too tight and I feel pull my hair out when I use them.These do NOT, so when I braid my bangs to the side I use these and they work PERFECTLY. No pulling, easy to get on and easy to get off. They do stretch a little easily, but I get quite a few uses out of each one. They will break (but not even CLOSE to as easily as the crappy non-ouch larger version ones that always seem to break (and in my opinion, they can be used once and they stretch out). I miss the old-school ones I had as a kid that had the metal piece and the tinsel looking string through them (any ones else think those lasted forever?!)So if you are intending to use these as you would those little silicone ones but don't like how you basically have to cut them out (I need to to get them off without pulling out hair out) then I HIGHLY recommend these.

useless, too small with no elasticity, can't use it even with my little girl with very thin hair

I searched so many stores for these and was so happy to find them on Amazon. There are many negative reviews but I imagine that's because people are attempting to use these on large sections of hair. These are made for little sections of hair such as a baby or young child's hair so they work great for that purpose. They're probably as large as an adults index finger so use that for reference if you plan on purchasing.

Exactly the size I was looking for. These are very small, perfect for just a small ponytail on the to section of my hair., or small braided sections. These fit snuggly on my index fingers so comparing them to ring sizes they are a size 6

These are ok. They are pretty small and because of that are hard to wrap. I got them for the end of my daughters braids. My the don’t have a ton of stretch and my fingers are too big. I think they will work for us, I just need more practice.
