Q: Are these split or solid (round or d aka flattened) shaft pots? what diameter shafts? through hole diameter? i'd need to replace the pots with 25k.

The pot shafts are split & the diameter is 1/4"" at the top & 17/64"at the threads. Because the entire assembly is smaller than the "standard" sized parts used for most guitars sold in the USA, you would probably need to get upgraded pot replacements from the manufacturer. Despite the advertisement, these parts do not fit Fender guitars.

Q: Will this fit a glarry gtl thinline? Glarry stated their measurement for replacement is 32.5mm x 160mm. Also what are the pot values?

Measurements are correct. The pots have no external markings and Musiclily web site doesn’t say. Reach out to them directly they are very helpful.

Q: Will this work for a squier classic vibe tele?

First, you must identify whether you have single-coil or humbucker pick-ups in your guitar. This unit is made for single-coil pickups if used for hb pickups you must change a resister in the unit
