I tried both the Energy and Beauty bits just to see if I could tolerate them after watching several You Tubes posts about this company’s products. I love the research Catherine has done and will be purchasing more to achieve the health and longevity that I can achieve. If we are going to live here, we may as well look healthy and feel good! Waiting to see the effects. I just got them but the taste is natural I noticed no strong smells and the color is dark green.

These are excellent! I have noticed a change in my hair and skin since I began using these as well as increased energy! Will continue using for sure!

I decided to try this Spirulina product after listening to several podcasts featuring EnergyBits founder Catharine Arnston. It was clear that she was passionate about producing very high-quality Spirulina (and Chorella), and she details important factors such as manufacturing these at a low enough temperature as to not destroy important components such as enzymes, and ensuring that these algae are grown in a pure environment free from contaminants.Although initially reluctant to try this due to the relatively high price, I went ahead and decided to purchase the 60 tablet package that can last up to 10 days (6 tablets/day). This company has very fairly priced this trial version to allow users to have minimal initial risk.I'll need to try a few other brands in order to fully validate this one. I will say that these tablets appear to larger than another product. Definitely worth a try IMO for health seekers all around.

I just learned about Energy Bits watching Catherine’s interview on Dave Asprey Podcast. Amazing and Powerful information that i had not known and soooo needed to hear for my quality of life and healing!!! I just started yesterday with Beauty Bits and Recovery Bits. My initial notice is more energy today which is something i have missed for quite awhile!!! I suffer from multiple autoimmune diseases, spinal issues and a breast cancer survivor. I am truly hopeful that my body will gain much from Energy Bits to help me feel better on a daily and long term basis!!! Thank You Catherine for All of Your Commitment to research and healing!!!💖 JC

they are easy to take so far, a bit pricey....I will upgrade my review later after trying them.

I think Beauty Bits are not salty tasting because of where it is grown. I've tried others and they are awfully salty. However Beauty Bits isn't within my price range so I no longer can afford them but if you can I would suggest you go with this brand.

I just got these and I know they will be great because the ingredients are all really good for you!As advertised, they are one ingredient, zero sugar, forty nutrients, keto, vegan, non Gmo & easy to swallow or chew. Very handy in the small packets to throw in in your pack or purse. Maybe a tad expensive if you take the max daily suggested amount.
