The batteries are good fit perfectly in my camera D3000 Nikon Digital. Battery size is EN-EL9 Brand name KASTAR.

I ordered two Nextop EN-EL9's a year ago from Amazon. They arrived quickly and have worked fine and still work fine. I ordered the Targus battery grip for my Nikon D40X (love it) and decided to get two more batteries so I could change them out in pairs. I ordered two more Nextop brand batteries from Amazon since they've worked so well so far. They came in today (very fast) but guess what, they aren't the same battery. They are in Maximal Power brand packaging and labeling, which is also available from Amazon for slightly less than the Nextop 'brand' batteries. I'm sure they are a fine battery, but I ordered the Nextop "brand" because I know they've worked for a year now, and I was just a little dismayed to get a different brand than what I ordered.

I read reviews about one of the batteries not charging at all. So far both of mine are working great. Thanks for a great price and fast shipping.

Batteries swollen and wouldn’t fit in camera.

I have the D60. Just one of these batteries will far surpass the stock Nikon battery that came with the camera. I now use these as my primary batteries and the Nikon battery as my back up. They hold the charge longer so you get more pictures, and they maintain the charge longer even if you do not use the camera. Due to a surgery I had, I was not able to use my camera for about a month. The Nikon battery was drained very low, but these batteries were still good to go. One was still fully charged and the other (which was in the camera) was about half gone...keep in mind 2 things with this...I had been using the battery prior to the surgery and I forgot to turn my camera off during the entire time I was not able to use it (obviously the auto-off feature kicked in, but the camera itself was still in the "on" position). Yet, this battery still had a higher charge than the Nikon battery that was just sitting there taking up space. A definite must have...and for the price you simply cannot go wrong.
