The gel within the glove is too runny and just gathers at the lowest point, leaving the rest of the glove empty - so how it's supposed to work I really don't know. The DVD was quite informative, and the pink gauze bag that it came in did sterling service as a gift bag so all was not lost; but as for the intended purpose it's a definite thumbs down I'm afraid.
