Brilliant product. Charges my iphone X super fast. I don't go anywhere without it!It's a little heavy but I don't mind since it's performance is so good.

This is my second power bank I have owned. My first was considerably smaller and lighter than this device but so far this is a greatly superior device. It is able to hold more battery than my previous device and also charges my phone/tablet more times, and is fast at charging the devices. It comes with a nice storage pouch when not being used. I would highly recommend this power bank.

This power bank is a little on the bigger side, but not at all too big. I'd say it would easily fit inside a woman's handbag, or larger pockets for guys. I usually have no problems at all putting this in a jacket pocket assuming the pockets are big. It is a little on the heavier side, probably the equivalent to 3 or 4 mobile phones? Again, not too much. I'd say the size and weight are just perfect for me.I've very rarely ran this thing down to 10%, never actually drained the full thing. I can confirm that the USB C is detected as a quick charger on my S8 Plus, as long as the cable is plugged into the bank first, then the phone. Something to do with the handshake the charger does, otherwise it detects a slow charge. The fast charging USB port also was detected as a fast charger on my friends iPhone - at the same time! Overall I love this, and I rarely go out without it.The only draw back is it takes very long to charge. I'm talking 15% an hour. So it's something you wanna make sure is charging overnight.The Battery percentage is shown very clearly, and to me was the main selling point. This easily carries enough charge for my S8 to last numerous days.Couldn't recommend more!

Please note - This is my initial reactions to this purchase.The item arrived well packaged, intact and undamaged. I thought it might need charging up and was pleasantly surprised to find it was already 77% charged. I used the lead supplied, which fitted into my mobile phone's charging plug with no issues. It took about 1 hour to fully charge it.To test it, I plugged my Samsung Galaxy Alpha mobile phone in, but I wasn't entirely happy with the generic jack on the charger lead, so I used my mobile's own lead and it worked just as well. My phone battery was at 26% when I plugged it in and in 90 minutes it was fully charged. What really pleased me was that this only used 6% of the charge in this pack!I am going camping for four days in July 2017 and will be taking a digital camera and my motorcycle helmet camera as well as my phone. Given the above result, I am reasonably confident that this pack will supply all the 'electric' I will need for this trip.

Awesome product, charges very quickly, keeps my devices topped up, fast charges my Samsung Galaxy S8 just like the original charger. The instruction to shake the power bank to display the current power is incorrect, you need to swipe on the display from the right to the left. Arrived on 56%. There is a small crack on the casing where the ports and display are, but it doesn't effect the functionality, see image attached.

I have 3 of these batteries and they are amazing , no longer do I have to sit in the garden with my I-pad or the lap top plugged into an extension lead ,just plug into a battery and you wont run out of power all day and probably longer, I always have one in the car for my I-pad or iPhone and ofter end up charging other peoples phones as well , but it is great knowing you wont run out of power and not have to plug into the cars cigarette lighter .My daughter always has one in her handbag at work so she can always charge her phone. Brilliant Idea and something that once you have one you wont want to be without it . Highly recomended

By far the best product I have used. really nice and feels good to hold and charges very fast. I will be ordering another one but this is more expensive than the black model which is not fair as product is same and identical.

Had the previous 2 models and still have them and they seem to last 3 times longer than this model yet all claim to be 20000mah but this seems much less to me

Served me well on holiday! Too heavy to comfortably carry in coat but can certainly be carried in a small bag.

This item worked fine for a few times but stopped working half way through charging my cell phone. It still charges but will not charge anything else. Would not recommend.

Product is bulky but that is expected, fully charged battery pack went down to 69% after charging an Iphone x

Does not charge mobile to 100% even though the power bank still has plenty of charge. Indicators are difficult to come on. Not ultra slim.
