I know this sounds dumb, but how do you open the tube? I can't get the cream to come out.I removed the white cap and pulled up the tip, but nothing?

With the cap on, turn it like you were tightening it. The little color just below the cap will go away and then you are ready to use! then open up the cap and it should come right out!No question is dumb. :)

Can you use after the expiration date?

If it is close to the expiration date, I would still try it. Otherwise, it would depend on the preservative used, as bacteria may start developing.
