I Like it.
I've been living with diabetes for over 10 years now, over those years finding a good substitute for sugar has been my number one goal. Because of certain health problems I've also tried cutting out all those processed alternatives such as Splenda or canderel from my diet.The taste is by far nicer than say Truvia (aka stevia) products but the recipe for the vanilla icing could be better. It's far too sweet at 225g per 125g of butter. I use almost half as in 130g per 125g of butter for a more authentic flavour profile.The creamcheese recipe is spot on though and tasted really really good hence the 4 stars. All in all a good replacement if you want all natural ingredients plus it doesn't give you an upset stomach like Xylitol would for example.A bit pricy though.

Good sugar-free alternative...just make sure you use strong flavours in whatever you are making.
Great to find a good quality, natural alternative to icing sugar. Not just like the real thing, but close. Gave a kind of strange cold, fizzy quality to the buttercream. I used coconut butter, but maybe proper butter would be better? Much better in chocolate and coffee icing, great in chocolate peppermint icing, but not so great in a lighter, lemon meringue style icing, where you could just taste it was not icing sugar and the odd sensation in the mouth was more obvious. I used it in almond macaroons, which worked well. On the whole, a good alternative if you are avoiding sugar, but just make sure you are using some strong flavours in whatever you are making.

This is good for dietabetics to use, it's not the same, but it's better than I expected.

Okay but a bit too crunchy.
This was great for creating some diabetic friendly buttercream but the texture is more like caster sugar than icing sugar so it still had a crunch to it.

I do like it but prefer sukrin melis. Used it to make cream cheese icing and it was not quite smooth enough, still used it though & it tasted good.

Not smooth like icing sugar
Easy to use and no difference in taste however the texture on eating wasn't smooth like icing sugar so was as ic made with caster sugar.

Great alternative to sugar
Great alternative - does have a slight chemical aftertaste though but that is in general for Stevia I feel.
