Learn how to turn it on and off.
I was looking for a strong leaf blower that I could easily carry around my acre yard as I am a woman getting up in years. I previously had a gas blower that was too heavy and I couldn't start. Then, I had an electric blower that was light but not powerful and a bother with the cord. This blower is perfect for my needs. It is heavier than the electric, but not having a cord to bother with makes is easier and faster to get to all the parts of my property that I need to in just one setting. I do not find it too heavy at all. The battery life holds up for at least two uses for me, and it could even be longer if I would get used to it and learn how to properly turn it off. When I first got it, I thought it didn't work and I would have to send it back. Getting it to start required that you turn on the On/Off power and then press the finger trigger at least twice. The instructions are not clear in the manual. When you take your finger off the trigger it stops. Then you need to remember to turn of the On/Off power switch or in will continue to run the battery down when not in use. I think when I get used to it that I'll have less trouble with the battery. I LOVE not having a long cord hanging around my garage. So, all is all this leaf blower is the best I have ever owned.

exactly for the ladies clean power and convenient
I love this leaf blower. I wanted something clean and simple and not to have to drag out my husbands big gas leaf blower. I use this to clean off the cobble stone walkway and the patio. We have this own tree that leaves and blooms are nasty if left on and rain on will turn into paste. Gets in all of my plants. It gets to be a big mess. I used this leaf blower ecru day. Simple and easy. It’s somewhat heavier than the black decker because the battery lasts a very long time in between charges. I love Husqvarna products. I have a cordless hedge trimmer too. And their zero turn lane mower. This is a good brand. This here turned out to be same at a Lowe’s but they didn’t have inventory. Love the fact I can return it to amazon if I didn’t like it. But I love it. Do note that the blower does kick back to low after 3 full mins of full throttle just to save some power. It’s very strong too.

Amazingly quiet
I purchased this item because I have a long driveway and my electric Toro could not reach much of the driveway farthest from the house. I had a big back pack gas blower but found fewer & fewer times I felt the energy to lug it around. I am very pleased with the product. I read reviews before purchase and some claimed the battery didn't last long. I haven't found that to be the case at all. I have always hated the whine of a leaf blower (but with a large yard I can't rake the way I did when I was younger), but this one is SO quiet yet has more ummph than one would think. Very happy.

Good blower with short battery life
I have had this blower for about 6 months now and overall find it to be a pretty good and handy tool.Pros:1) Battery powered blower is great...no more cord or gasoline!2) Has powerful blow when on full strength.3) LightweightCons:1) Battery drains quickly...especially when used at full power. Maybe about 10 minutes max (enough to do a small yard). I suggest two batteries if you need to use this unit for a larger yard.2) Unit will "kick down" to a slower speed after about a minute at full speed. This is a "feature" to conserve battery power. To override, just let go of the trigger and pull it all the way again.3) Battery will not charge when hot on the supplied slow charger. If you use this blower at full strength and drain the battery all the way...you must let the battery cool off for a little while before it will charge. Not the end of the world, but definitely annoying.4) Unit has a strange safety system when first starting up...sometimes need to depress the trigger multiple times to get it running. I read the manual when I first got it and this again this was a "feature"...I am not a fan.Overall, I love having this battery blower over my old corded electric blower. More power, no cord, and very convenient!UPDATE: I have owned this blower for a year now and use it several times per week. Lately the blower has been doing something that concerns me. The rpm's speed up and slow down as I move the blower side to side to blow leaves. This behavior makes me think the blower has some internal problem (loose connection, bad module, etc.) that will give out on me soon. Fortunately this tool has a 3 year warranty period. I contacted a local dealer and they said to bring it in for service. I have the same 40V string trimmer, and it is working fine after 2 years, however I use it much less than the blower. Removed a star for poor quality control.UPDATE: I took the blower to my local Husqvarna repair center last week (the unit has a 3 year warranty). They called me a few days later and said that it was either the trigger or the main-board. They will replace the trigger first and if that does not fix it, Husqvarna will send out a new blower. I will update after the repair is complete.UPDATE: Got the blower back with the replaced trigger and it seems to be working as new. However, now the battery is acting up. It just dies during use and when I press the button the red triangle warning light starts blinking. At other times the red triangle just stays lit after the pack stops working. The issue is that sometimes the pack dies and other times it works as expected. Since I have 3 batteries and a 3 year warranty on each one, I will wait until the pack completely gives out and take it in for a replacement at that point (the repair shop said that they would replace the battery if needed). Just tired of going all the way to the repair shop over and over. One plus...I researched that replacement 4.0AH batteries are about $150...but I found a complete blower on eBay for $170...so just bought the entire blower to have a spare as needed. On another note, the QC 330 quick charger I bought for $99 seems to be working fine...charges much faster than the charger that came with the blower - also charges hot batteries just fine.UPDATE: One of my BLI-20 batteries went bad after about 2 years of use (would no longer run all the way down and sporadically did not accept a charge). So, I went to the local warranty place (Hendersons in Portland, OR) and they gave me a BLI-200 as a replacement. Let me tell you, this is a MUCH better battery. Has about twice the runtime. Batteries have a 5 year warranty for residential use. Happy camper!UPDATE: Over 3 years of ownership now and overall I am still a happy camper. I use these blowers nearly every day from Spring to Fall and I can't imagine life without them. Have one at each property and keep batteries at home to charge. Three batteries has worked out fine and the quick charging unit is still going strong. These battery blowers are the best in my book unless you have a large yard with a lot of trees, then backpack gas is the only way to go. I could even see these battery units working for light commercial as well.

I'm not happy at all with this.
Bottom line is this - I dropped a good amount of money on this and the string trimmer. Both batteries gave me trouble within weeks of ownership. Contacted the manufacturer, they referred me to a local chainsaw shop that had no clue. I then called back they referred me to another store, they said they have had bad luck with dealing with the manufacturer, and that it'd take months. Is this really how, in 2021/2022 a good manufacturer handles warranty claims? No, it's not. No matter how much I've enjoyed their gas chainsaws, I'm no longer a customer of theirs. Really really disappointed.

Excellent alternative to hand held gas powered blowers
I purchased this blower as a replacement for a similar model I lent to my daughter. I already have other Husqvarna battery powered tools including an arborist chain saw and line trimmer. This unit is more powerful in practical use than rival battery products from M...ita and G..wks. I understand the lock in that the battery ecosystem causes, I highly recommend the Husqvarna system, the blower is an excellent choice and a genuine replacement for a gas powered hand held unit and the arborist chain saw is an absolute delight to use. Battery power and life has progressed and these products are genuine, reliable replacements for the gas powered equivalents.
