These are about the most economical baseball holders I’ve seen. So, in that respect, you can cover more of your collection. Obviously they protect from dust, so that’s a positive. And they assemble well, some don’t slot in that easily. Whether or not they also protect from light is open to debate. Where they really fall down is they aren’t 100% clear. That’s not to say they are slightly dark, but the plastic distorts slightly. Depending on the angle of viewing, you can see variations in the plastic, or prisms of light. You can orient the ball so it’s not as affected, but for a multi-signed ball that’s not so easy. I’d buy them again for the price, but if you want 100% clarity, and you only have a collection of one or two baseballs, it’s worth paying a bit extra for peace of mind.
