YaconViva! Organic Yacon Syrup (550g)

This is rather expensive but worth it as it taste very nice and sweet yet healthy. I'm trusting the company that it's not been adulterated and is pure because if it is for sure then it's one hell of a good product for using as a sweetner and backing with. A great substitute for sugar. Not a bad size either.

This is really good. It will give you flatulence for a couple of days, but I adjusted to it and it stopped. It tastes fantastic and I suspect that it makes me feel healthier, though I haven't got hard data to show that. I do intend to measure blood sugar etc and I suspect that this may help.

Good taste and if used sparingly it is good value for money

This little gem is amazing. I am on the keto diet and i have made keto stickee toffee pudding using this instead of dates. I made keto sweet and sour chicken. Well it actually wasn't keto but i turned it into keto using yacon syrup, sugar free tomatoe catch up and my erythitol. I made the keto batter for the chicken using almond flour and, What a fantastic low carb sweet and sour chicken i had and its all thanks to yacon syrup. I also made a keto low carb honey chicken with yacon and my keto batter. I know its expensive but it is worth every penny.

The taste is something that grows on you not unpleasent at all. The only thing I can liken it too is the old toffee apples we used to have as kids (not the ones today) There is even the hint of apple. I have grown to actually love the taste. the fact that I can have it as a sugar over my breakfast is so nice. not to mention all the other uses. I was using total sweet as a sweetner but I love this now. It is early days yet so will have to see the benefits. I will be buying again

Healthy, balanced diet has always been very important to me and cutting down on sugar was the hardest part. I use it in yoghurt, for baking, pancakes, as glazing in my salads, on my toast, in my tea, and coffee. It’s not only 100% natural but it is also a prebiotic, which is great for your digestive system and bacteria in your gut. Overall, a winner!

I looked up yacon syrup after reading Dr. Greger's "How not to diet" and his description of a study showing that consumption of yacon syrup had a very beneficial effect on weight loss in a randomised study - this is due to the high level of fructans contained in yacon. Your gut flora will love it but if you prone to breaking wind easily go a bit easier at the start.

I use Yacon syrup to sweeten my yogurt or coconut cream which l put on my fruit for breakfast, it has a medium sweet taste, not sickly sweet and only a small amount is needed. It is good value for money, healthy natural and organic. My No.1 go to sweetener.

Der Yacon-Sirup wird in einer "Drückflasche" geliefert, praktisch mit Silikon Ventil, zum besseren portionieren. Ich kannte den Sirup vorher nicht, mir schmeckt er sehr gut. Durch seine Eigenschaften ist er auch für Diabetiker geeignet. Wenn die Flasche leer ist, werde ich sie auf jeden Fall noch einmal kaufen.

Super aliment avec un pouvoir sucrant plus que correct... et en prime une petite saveur caramel. Seul bémol, alors que c'est un super aliment nutritif, il reste cher à une utilisation régulière pour remplacer le sucre classique...

Ce sirop de Yacon est bien pour son index glycémique bas, il est idéal dans beaucoup de pathologies. Par contre son goût est assez fort et prononcé. Il ne faut pas en mettre beaucoup à chaque utilisation.

Der Preis ist ein bisschen zu groß, aber meine Ärztin hat mir gesagt, dass dieses Sirup viel Inulin enthält und es ist wirklich gute Option für Diabetiker, Diäten usw., weil es keine Störungen für Pankreas macht. Mit dem Geschmack bin ich begeistert. Sehr sehr gutes Produkt und ich bestelle es sicher wieder. Natürlich empfehle ich es weiter.
