Thicker than most and with good arch support.

These feel great! They really do feel like they’re massaging my soles. So much more cushion than i was getting with a similar brand. I can stand comfortably for so much longer and walk dogs, too. Note: They were very squeaky until I wore them in properly fitting sneakers. If they squeak for you, consider that they may have too much space to move within your shoe. I recommend you try another. :)

These aren’t cheap, but they worked well in a favorite pair of shoes of mine. In another pair a second set of these squeak a lot while walking. Hopefully it will stop after wearing them a while.

These insoles are fabulous. They have been a lifesaver for me. I’ve tried other brands of shoes and inserts but these have worked the best for me. Lots of arch support, cushioning and all around comfort.

Ive been battling plantar fascitis for too long. Ive bought night splints, creams, compression socks, massage, daily stretaches, feet ice holders, and several differemt insoles. I have to be on my feet all day. I also want to be able to take the dog for long walks. I was in so much pain and just grinding through. I got these insoles and at first I didnt think my foot was going to fit in my shoe with them in but it did. I had to take out the insoles in the shoe and replace with these and not add the on top of current insoles. Just did a long walk with these in and didnt come home limping. I wear a 8-8.5 in womens and got the size 8 and it was perfect. They lifted my heel up a bit and it didn’t hurt when I stepped down.
