Yes you can connect them to the Bluetooth devices such as phone and computer BUT you can only listen to one device at a time. Example, you can listen to your laptop but not your phone at same time or vise versa.

Can the microphone be turned off?

No, but you can mute your headphones by mnually pressing the mute button on the bluetooth device you are connected to!

How is the sound leak?

No Sound leak, and I own 2 pairs of everyday headphones.
