2 PCS Water Absorbent Diatomite Coasters Rectangle(12.2"X3.94"), Grooved Design, Water Absorbing Stone Used for Hand Soaps & Plants & toiletries in The Modern Home

I selected the “NiuYichee 2 PCS 12" Bathroom Vanity Trays with Grooves, Instant Dry Sink Organizer, Diatomite Coaster, Kitchen Soap Tray, Water Absorbing Stone” because I’ve tried a few other diatomite trays that all have stainless steel legs but was looking for one that did not have legs. While the legs on the others are removable, I do not like the empty holes remaining where the legs should be installed if I elect to leave them off. I do not have this problem with the NiuYichee 2 PCS 12" Bathroom Vanity Trays with Grooves. I really like the absorption and drying time, which compares to others we’ve tried. It does come with stick-on rubber feet and I like that they are not pre-applied as I chose to leave them off. I also like that the trays do not slide around on the textured granite countertop we have in the kitchen, even without the rubber feet. What I do not like is that six different color selections are displayed in the product photos of these trays but there was no way to select a preferred color. I received white when I would have selected and preferred light gray.

This is a very nifty "gadget", I call it, simply because it is not a necessity by any means, but it does keep my counter nice and dry. I place this at the corner of my sink where water can often collect after I wash my face, etc. On top of it I put my electric toothbrush, face wash, lotion, etc. The neat thing is when I place my fash wash on top of it after I'm done using it, the board is wet from the item but within seconds the board is dry! I don't need to wipe up or anything. Very nifty. It's a surprise find that is very useful.

Really an amazing product. I guess they're like a wet stone that can absorb water. And they do that quickly and efficiently. I put the two pieces side by side to create an 8" x 12" area to set glasses on after washing. No more wet towels to pick up and no more wet counters to wipe up. I think I've seen something similar on bar tops but I never knew what they were exactly. Definitely recommend.
