This is a very informative and quite detailed 'study workshop'. It will take me a while to get to grips with the chemistry but this is as I expected, however, have 'run' through the entire book when I received it I found the course took you step-by-step so am very hopeful that I will get to grips with this.

complete waste of money, you can find this very basic information free on the internet, not one recipe to help beginners or even give them an approximate guideline, don't waste your money !!
