The serviettes arrived one day later than estimated but in time for the event. The serviettes were a good size and quality for serving cake at a party. They were an effective addition to the day.I did contact the seller who responded promtly and courteously.I am therefore happy to give a positive review.

Really disappointed, not the same product as the picture or description. The napkins I received had no red metallic they were a dull maroon/brown colour. I appreciate they only cost £1.94 + free postage but I expected the red in the picture with a metallic finish as described.

I hardly ever complain but the key requirement for these napkins was that they are ruby red. The ones that arrived were maroon. The response I got was that they sell lots and had no complaints but that I could exchange for a more expensive product. Why not swap them for what I ordered if it was the first complaint? Surely it must have been a one-off batch. Not happy.

Arrived within 2 days of ordering. As others have mentioned, the colour is more maroon than ruby red. Fine for price paid,
