Ankle Weights Set - 0.5lb, 1lb, 2lbs, 3lbs, 4lbs, 5lbs, 8lbs and Adjustable Sets - for Women, Men and Kids

These are heavier than I thought they'd be. I'm trying to get used to them. Just feels funny to have weights around my ankles. They're made wel thou.

I had a bad herniated disc last year and was able to work my way out of it by major physical therapy, steroid and injections. My PT had me really focusing on core position and strengthening. It started me down a path of good strong work outs focused on this aspect. I have been wearing these ankle weights for about 9 months ( starting with light weight) almost everyday gym, running errands, around the house, work, etc.. When I walk with them, it allows me to slow down and focus on tight core and my entire body position. These are by far my favorite weights. I have bought in 2bl, 3bl and recently 5lb each. No long velcro strap to meticulously string through a small D-ring. Easy to find end, to grip, open and remove. They are comfortable and do not scratch or blister. Not huge and bulky. *The extra resistance to my workout has greatly improve my gym results on building core, leg and glute muscles. I have stomach muscles I never knew existed. I can't workout with out it now, feels too easy- plus I feel like a bad *ss. :-) SOO happy to have found these!

Very nice and comfortable weights!

NOTE: My weight rating above is REALLY 3.8, not 3! I love the feel of the product! The fabric is very soft and comfortable. Nothing scratches my ankles! Great! I REALLY like the zipper feature for the weights. What a great idea. The feature makes it easier to insert/remove the weights. I noticed that I need to put the weight bags in the right locations for the lower weights, namely the 3 lbs. The way I arranged one of the weights was awkward, but this was not true for the other set. Apparently, I found the "sweet spot," which created a pleasant and effective workout. When the ankle weights contain 3 lbs., I notice a bulky feeling. I believe that was a comment on other brands too. I certainly understand the cause of the bulk: trying to create overall weight in a confined space. Would it be possible in future designs to use denser pellets in the weight bags? I also like the strength of the velcro. The velcro seals very well. I chose your brand because I didn't want to deal with a strap that attaches with a buckle. YOUR weights are EASY to remove or attach. :) So far, I am satisfied with this product, although I almost purchased the "Henkelion" pink weights. They actually utilize a velcro strap that looks strong and user-friendly. The price was also about $2.00 cheaper. In the future, I might want to possess BOTH types: strap and non-strap! I use in shallow pool exercises and walking in soft sand. The best workout ever U use 5 lbs each on legs and 3 lbs each on my arms. In pool, on floor, on soft sand, and walking up and down hills slowly. Best inverter Ditch the gym membership just get these and use them

Easy to wear. Seconds to put on. Velcro works well. No long strap of Velcro so it's easy on and off. Can create a pretty snug fit so it's not loose fitting. Neat looking. I will be ordering then in 1 Ib weights as the 2cl s were too heavy for me which I only realized when I tried how achy I was at night .

PT for my mom had me purchase so they are heavy but sturdy and do the job

They seem reasonably well made but it says they are for men, they aren't. I'm an average size man and they barely go around my ankles. The box they come in says they are designed for women. They should not be marketing as fitting men.

Son una pasada, se quitan y ponen más rápido ya que no tienen la típica cinta que hay que pasar por un enganche, sino que simplemente pegan sobre si mismos. Por lo demás se ajustan genial. Lo único que no entiendo es porque está orientado a mujeres unos lastres y de este peso (ponen healthy modelo Life y la silueta de una chica)

sono comodissime, riesco a correre e a fare ginnastica con queste senza problemi. Precedentemente avevo delle adidas da 2kg e purtroppo mi dava fastidio la cinghia in plastica, queste invece sono morbide e la caviglia non soffre. Sono un po' pesantucce e 2,5kg per gamba si fanno sentire, soprattutto durante l'allenamento, ma le gambe poi me le sento molto toniche. Basta farci un po' l'abitudine :-)

Following a knee operation I have ben exercising with with the ankle weights. They are excellent quality and very comfortable.

Absolut empfehlenswert, ordentliche Klettverschlüsse und angenehmer Tragekomfort. Ich benutze sie seit 10 Monaten und bin immer noch begeistert. Die halten bestimmt länger.
