My youth loves solving logic problems

I love the logic safari books. I used them as a teacher and now as a homeschool mom. They are a great resource to help students think more critically. The kids love them too!

My 4th grade students really enjoyed these logic puzzles. They progressively get harder. I would love to see some examples in the book on how to solve them to show the students.

I use all three of these books with various ages of gifted children (3rd, 4th, and 5th grade). Initially they are frustrated, but taking them through 1 or 2 puzzles together always does the trick. Now the kids ask me for these logic puzzles. They scour through the clues to fill in the charts. You can hear the excitement in their voices and see it on their faces. This series was a score for my students!

These are the best - my eight year old finished the first book and is now half way through this one! Once he understood what to look for he was able to complete the challenges on his own. Every now and then he gets a little stumped but with some encouragement and direction he figures it out!

Great introduction to Logic. Simple logic squares to more complex ones. My 4th grader loves doing the puzzles. It's a great addition to our home school week.

This book is well written and planned out. However, it was too easy for my 9-year old.

Although this book states that it is geared for grades three to four, it is a good intermediate logic book for any age.
