MasterClass KCMCHB81 12 Mould Eclair Baking Tray with PFOA Non Stick, Robust 1 mm Carbon Steel, 31 x 25.5 cm Tin, Grey

This is "the bees knees" as the saying goes. A sturdy piece of bakeware. My first batch of éclairs rose beautifully. All came out of the bakeware simply and freely. Wouldn't know that it had been used as no signs of food was left in the pan.

I have wanted one of these trays for a long time. Finally found this one and I’m very pleased with it. At last I can make decent eclairs.

Had bought one of this as present for my daughter. She said it was good, so I bought another one for myself. The pan is very sturdy and the size is just right. The eclairs were perfect. Recommend it to anyone who wants to have eclairs in perfect size!

As expected and true to size but wish each mould was a tad wider, also far too expensive but needed the mould. Good quality

I used this to make lady fingers for tiramisu. Individual hole is a bit large compared to a traditional lady finger but very good quality - easy to take the cakes out (though you still have to use butter to make it totally non-stick), the pan is not so large (easy for storage) and not so heavy. Completely satisfied :-)

Made eclairs which looked a bit "cramped" but thought it might just be me. But needing to make a double batch I did some in the pan and some piped onto a parchment covered tray - and these latter did look and cook better. Having said that as someone else said for things like ladies' fingers, little long tartlets it is a good weighty non stick pan.

Really pleased with this item; it is very solid, has an excellent non stick finish and I am sure will last many years. Can't fault the shopping experience from Amazon; I had this delivered to an Amazon locker which is the best service ever! I would highly recommend this produce.

The photo shows part of an experimental first batch of biscuits part - copied from a magazine recipe.While not proper eclairs; nevertheless they are very tasty.The recipie includes coconut.......and we have tried a filling of two different jams, and a lemon - curd.Very More - ish!

J'avais acheté il y a quelques années 2 moules « Masterclass » à Madeleines qui sont tellement biens que lorsque j'ai voulu acheter une plaque pour faire des éclairs, je me suis naturellement tournée vers cette même marque . A l'arrivée encore une fois la satisfaction est là car la qualité est vraiment bonne, le moule est bien usiné et les empreintes sont bien exécutées.A l'usage le résultat avec de la pâte à choux faite maison est parfait, la cuisson est impeccable. Comme mes autres moules, ce dernier se lave sans aucun problème et rapidement comme rien ne colle dessus c'est hyper pratique. Il passe au L.V mais perso je ne les lave jamais au L.V pour les préserver.Alors à acheter en connaissance de causes, je le recommande à tous les cuisiniers qui veut réussir la cuisson de leurs éclairs du premier coup ;-)

hält was die Produktbeschreibung verspricht.Die Größe der Eclaires sind genau richtig. In der Backform bleibt nichts haften.Obwohl ich die Form etwas zu teuer finde, würde ich sie wieder kaufen da ich nichts vergleichbares günstigeres gefunden habe.
