I've been waiting to review this headset to be able to really have experienced them before commenting. Overall, I've been very impressed with the comfort, except it would have been great to have a bit of padding at the top of the head-bar. After about 4-5 hours of use, I find I need to shift the head-bar forward or backward to a different spot on my head.The sound is absolutely acceptable, not great but they're for work calls not thumpin' beats. I haven't gotten any negative feedback on noise canceling, but I've also never asked or heard the headset from the other end of the line.The in-line controls are convenient, but it would have been really nice to have a shirt-clip to keep it off my lap where I occasionally end up hitting one of the buttons unintentionally. Thankfully no "drop/hang-up" button, so no damage done.Sometimes I wish the cord was longer, but other times it's a bit too much slack that can get in the way.....so I guess that means it's the perfect length.It even came with a nice carrying case.....while I can't imagine why I'd ever need/use it, we got great use out of repurposing it for some smaller items we carry in our camper.Overall, very satisfied with this purchase & would likely consider buying it again if I broke them, but they seem pretty solid too, so don't plan on it anytime soon. Don't hesitate, as I'm sure there's more expensive options that aren't nearly as good.

I bought this headset for work from home calls and zoom via a laptop. The performance and quality are poor. The sound is not very loud even with my volume on the highest setting. I have to ensure that my external surroundings are quiet to ensure that I am able to hear the person on the other end speaking. The sound also randomly blanks out during calls and zooms. While the person on the other end is speaking the headset suddenly goes silent and I’ll have to ask the person speaking to repeat themselves. The cradle that sits on top of your head also has an awkward fit. And the ear “muffs” are super tiny and don’t cover the entire ear.The headset does not seem durable and looks and feels somewhat cheaply made. This was a terrible purchase. The price is relatively inexpensive so I guess you get what you pay for.

I had an issue with my original headset I ordered. Unfortunately I did not test it right away, as this was my backup headset since my original was on the way out. (Same kind) I contacted the seller, although i was way past the return date. They were incredibly understanding and send a replacement. I'm definitely super happy, mind you they really did not have to do it and I did not expect that either. So besides that I LOVE this headset, I can now attest to the customer service as well. I would give them 10 Stars!!! Product and customer service is outstanding! It is my 2nd set, I itself it daily, wear it up to 12hoyrs some days and forget it's on my head that's how comfortable it is. Clear sound, no customer has ever heard a background noise. I wear it mostly over 1 ear and have music in the background. Can't go wrong with it. Buy it!!!

These headphones are extremely comfortable. They do not hurt my ears, and they will reduce size small enough to stay on my head ( I was considering kids). I hear customers clearly, volume adjustment is great for when a call iis louder than usual. The headphones block out noise so I can concentrate on the current call. Mic moves easily up and down and you can manipulate the mic to bend where is works best for you. Easy to connect with my computer. Love the mute button on the cord. Highly recommend for at home or in an office setting.

I was required to buy a headset for one of my online classes and got this set. It's been over 6 months and they're still working great. The audio quality is excellent, my voice carries through crystal clear, and they do quiet the noise around you by a small to moderate amount. However, they are not noise cancelling. I can still hear my cat meowing in the next room when wearing these. I do love the little remote attached to the wire as it allows you to mute yourself and change the volume. The muting feature comes in handy when you're on a group call and don't want to accidentally make noise by coughing or shifting around that would be awkward or interrupt the other people speaking. My only other complaint is that they do pinch when you were them, it hurts my head and ears. They are adjustable but you have to tighten them enough that they will stay on and centered over your ears, and the hard plastic material isn't too forgiving when you have to wear them for an extended period.Pros: Amazing audio quality, remote on wire to adjust volume and mute self-speaking, soft earmuffs, voice comes through crystal clear, muffles a minor amount of noiseCons: Pinches with wear of 30 min+, not noise cancelling

It ok for office, but not for long calls as it can hurt the head because of the hard plastic pressing on the scalp.

Had a previous headset that everyone could hear my wife in the same room. This one is much better

The headset is working properly. Quality is good and it's comfortable on the years. The position of the mic is adjustable. The item is somewhat expensive though, but worth the money!
