I previously wore a WAY MORE EXPENSIVE product. Gave this mascara a try after being recommended by friend. I am sold and this is now my go to mascara. I even purchased it as stocking stuffers for my daughters. Well worth the risk of giving it a try.

I had high hopes for this mascara since I was really impressed with the Lash Princess False Lash Effect mascara by Essence. I read a lot of reviews that really praised this formula, but to me it was a bit dry and not as volumizing or lengthening as Lash Princess. I also typically prefer a curved brush, so that was another reason I decided to give it a try. Given the very reasonable price point, I am not totally disappointed I gave it a try and now I know it's not my preferred mascara from this brand. I'd say still give it a try if you're thinking about it, because a lot of other people still seem to like it.

I’ve used L’Oreal mascara all my life. I absolutely like this kind better. It does separate my lashes and seems to make them look longer and feel longer.

I've been trying to use this mascara for a few weeks, but its not a favorite. The brush is so big that i feel like i can't get a good coat on my lashes from base to tip. I also don't find it as volumizing as i would like, nor do I find it to give any extra length to my lashes. It's not a bad formula, but i won't purchase it again just from the brush applicator alone.

This is one of my favorite mascaras. I love the Essence brand. This mascara gives lots of volume and length and stays on even though it’s washable. It comes off easily with a mild soap and water or eye makeup remover. It is just as good or better than the expensive brands. You won’t be disappointed with these !

This did nothing it claims to do. No instant volume, it deposited and smeared almost immediately. Glad it was only $4.99, but I still could have spent that on something worthwhile.

Stop buying expensive mascara. The best consistency I've used. No clumping. I replace my tube every 6 months and for this price it's a winner to my wallet.

Love the curved wand, the mascara doesn't clump, great separation and coverage..so pleased I found Essence mascara 😀
