arrived on time even though the one corner of the box was slightly damaged all parts were intact

The model is fabulous, it was easy to assemble, the instructions were clear, the windows pop out and you can see inside the carriage perfectly, and the attention to detail is excellent.The model does say "Olton Hall" on the side of the engine instead of "Hogwarts Castle", but it is factually correct. "Olton Hall" is the engine used in the HP films (Google it) so don't be fooled by the 1 star reviews from people who don't know their Harry Potter trivia. The face of the engine does have "Hogwarts Express" on it with the crest, so if you're a die-hard Harry Potter and steam engines fan, you'll love this. 5 stars!

Was extremely disappointed that the train doesn't have hogwarts express on it but Olton Hallas its advertised has harry potters train it should at least have Hogwarts on it.. The number on the front is back to front. The plastic window pieces are missing.. Have to use glue for it to stick together. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. As I live in Lanzarote returning item was not an option...

not quite what i expected but looks ok....for my train mad foster dad for christmas but i havent given it yet
