I use the handled roller on my neck, face, and scalp around my face. I use the long handless roller to roll my hands and WOW, incredibly helpful!

Gut für die Faszien
Gutes Holz. Dachte beim größeren wäre an den Seiten was zum rollen, is aber nicht, deshalb nicht so gut zum rollen am Körper. Liegt deshalb auf dem Boden im Bad und jedes Mal wenn ich am Waschbecken bin benutze ich es für meine Füsse um die Faszien anzuregen. Meine Füße tun seit dem nicht mehr weh. Super Teil.
