Had the more up to date model as opening was hard to find a suitable fire and didn't want to knock out anymore wall but it looks great so am pleased with our purchase would recommend

The heater was purchased to replace a poweful, but ugly, storage heater in my new pad. The room is 36 as mtrs and it comes admirably. Good looks and great performance, can't say more.😊

I’m really disapointed with this fire the glass at the back is all cloudy and marked they should not be so I would like to return it and have it replaced other than that lovely fire

Heats up the room quickly and very easy to use.Very happy with it.

This sits nicely on the wall, it’s an unobtrusive size and the flame effect looks attractive. The slight humming sound when the warming fan is switched on is generally drowned out by TV etc.

It wasn't that easy to assemble purely because I had it recessed and there was a lot of prep prior to instalation. We have not used it for heat output purely for the excellent flame effect.

Easy to install as a straight wall-mount although the screws supplied are not up to the task. Flexibility of heat and fan gives versatility. No-heat flame effect excellent.Could be improved by altering the design slightly to make the controls visible.Good looking and recommended.

The appliance is as good as it looks but only four stars as the fitting instructions for inset fitting were quite poor
