Ice Melt RIM10KG Rapid, 10 kg

Great stuff. Very effective and not at all messy like the salt sand mix. Used it off and on for about a fortnight on the walking edge of a sloping mono-block driveway which continually froze over in an icy spell of weather. Really good.

Ice melt always works very well. Haven’t used it yet as not frosty. My only problem was the courier complained (rightly) that it was sent by a system designed for light weight products when it was over the weight. He said this meant he was not getting his proper fee.

Excellent for path into my house which is on a slope

The product was exactly what was described, it arrived when it was supposed to and will be very handy for the ice pavements this morning.

I was told refund was being processed early 20.1. Later on in the day it was delivered to doorstep, in all good faith I immediately contacted you to reinstate payment from me. Found when opening it in my garage, not only was cardboard that had been taped round the article was soaking and falling apart, but the bag inside contained wet salt.looked like the whole thing had been sitting outside for days in the snow. I amNOT paying £14 for this. Nor am I trying to return it. Aged over 80. Please refund me for the second £14 . Tried taking photo was told use another file. ..?

Liked the product. Packaging just survived journey thanks to some additional Sellotape that struggled in wet weather.
