How do you warranty this item?

They are design for 2 tasks; one for charging and one for listening, but they don't work; very disappointed.

does this support calls over headsets?

The product was of poor quality. I purchased a Belkin adapter from Best Buy, and it has totally been worth the money. It was more expensive ($48), but it is so much better in quality.

Does it fast charge? how many watts does it allow ?

Doesn’t fast charge. Just normal charge time. Also doesn’t last long. Mine broke within a few months.

Won't work for 2 sets of headphones, one's only for charging. has anyone found any usb c splitter to power 2 lightning headphones from one ipad?

Hello, this is Lightning, not USB-C. This store also sells USB-C. You can send an email to tell us your needs, we will send you the link of our corresponding style, and your life will be happy
