Perfect!!!!
I was greatly entertained by the previous reviewers giving this bad ratings. That is so not true!!! This relay board is well documented by both ESPHome and Tasmota. I flashed Tasmota into it without any issues (it is an ESP-01 after all) and wired the board up to control my irrigation system. All 4 channels work well. I now control the relays with Home Assistant since Tasmota integrates so well with Home Assistant. Tasmota gives you the option to control the board a half dozen ways including with MQTT and also gives the option of over the air updates (OTA). Don't be afraid to buy this board - it works great.

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! Don't waste your money!
ZERO documentation... I FINALLY found the manual online written in something inbetween Chinese and English. Not helpful at all...You need an app (that is not compatible with Android) to set this up.IDEA: Rewrite the ESP's sketch to operate the GPIO pins individually...REALITY: HA ha! You think it's that easy eh? Read on-The relay board has it's own micro controller that connects serially to the ESP to operate. So, you can forget about rewriting the sketch to just flip the GPIOs... I followed the manual's instructions for both WiFi setup and serial operation and neither worked.I will say that the seller did make an attempt to 'fix' the situation (kudos to them) but, unless you're a hardware hacker and want to modify this thing to try and get it to work, don't bother.

No instruction at all
No instruction on what app to connect, what buttons for what. I have other similar looking device using e-welink, so I tried e-welink but can't connect. No choice but return.

Use a translate app on your phone to read the manual with
I have an app on my phone that I can use to view a document in another language using the camera that’s built-in.The text in the picture you see is then automatically translated into any other language.

Instructions are for Chinese reading users only!
The product may be well made and operate great, but without instructions, it is useless. Customer service was able to respond to my question, but they could only offer a document written in Chinese. A total fail!
